Recruitment Coordinator – Global Investment Management

A globally respected investment management firm is looking for a bright and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their close-knit HR team, supporting hiring activity across the EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for the seamless coordination of interviews, onboarding, and new joiner setup—ensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a smooth experience.
You’ll work across all levels and business areas, gaining exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders and recruitment processes. The team is friendly, supportive, and highly experienced, and you’ll be given the opportunity to grow into HR Analyst-focused tasks over time—such as managing Workday requests, producing recruitment reports, and eventually owning parts of the hiring process yourself.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
- Coordinating screening and onboarding steps
- Preparing new joiner documentation and setup for day one
- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies
- Supporting recruitment processes across all business areas and seniority levels
- Over time: managing Workday updates, tracking and reporting on hiring activity, and supporting broader HR operational tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a fast-paced scheduling role
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and working with different stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine interest in HR and recruitment, with a desire to develop your career within it
