Your Role: Customer Success Director (Performance-Based Compensation)
This is an independent, business-focused role designed for self-driven professionals who excel in a performance-based environment. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while leading business development initiatives and client engagement efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels
- Market across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other platforms (training provided)

Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) is a plus but not required
