Your role

As a Frames Brand Account Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of targeted sales for your territory across the Midlands.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Guarantee sales in your area by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives by effectively identifying and meeting customer needs;
  2. Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically;
  3. Effective territory coverage – ensure frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines;
  4. Drive customer recommendation by ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers’ sales and/or dispensing staff;
  5. Deliver presentations of new & seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year;
  6. Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
  7. Support local and international events and trade marketing initiatives;
  8. Keep product range at clients’ outlets, quality and quantity of stock under control;
  9. Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services;
  10. Guarantee respect and correct deployment of commercial policy.

Main requirements:

  1. A ‘can do’ attitude – be performance aware and responsible, take full ownership for personal and team results;
  2. Effective planning – implement an effective customer contact strategy;
  3. Being an active team member – create internal and external business partnerships;
  4. Ideally knowledge of eyewear and experience selling branded sports eyewear/clothing/equipment;
  5. Have a full, clean driving license (essential);
  6. Have demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
