Due to sustained and future-planned growth, they’re now looking to welcome a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to their team—based in what might just be Glasgow’s nicest offices, just a 2-minute walk from both Central and Queen Street stations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers seeking debt advice or support
- Guiding clients through their options with care, empathy, and professionalism
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the wider team in progressing cases efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and fully informed throughout the process

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within financial services, but not essential)
- Compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and working in a fast-paced environment
