We're seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a prestigious seasonal events venue. Busy period between March-September. Enjoy a dynamic role delivering fresh, seasonal menus for weddings, polo events, and brunches!

• Predominantly operating March-September! (25 hours per week during Winter months)
• Mondays OFF!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all kitchen operations-menu planning, prep & service
• Deliver street food Fridays, brunch Saturdays & weddings
• Sunday lunch service (done by 5 PM!)
• Work closely with event teams to create standout dining experiences

Who We're Looking For:

• Event catering or large-scale function experience – REQUIRED!
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Full driving licence required (occasional driving involved)
