We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Care & Quality Manager to join our client, a leading London-based HA on a temporary contract until July 2025 initially.

This is a hybrid role based in Croydon (Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri remote).

  • £25.48 per hour PAYE
  • £32.44 Umbrella Rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a Team Leader and Customer & Quality Executives who log defect reports
  • Ensure all defects are logged and resolved within agreed timescales
  • Work collaboratively with construction teams to escalate issues and drive swift resolution
  • Utilise CRM, Excel, and reporting tools to track progress and improve processes
  • Identify and implement improvements in defect management

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of defect management OR strong transferable managerial skills
  • Strong CRM, Excel, and reporting expertise
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and escalate issues where necessary
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
