Senior HR Business Partner

London | Hybrid

£70,000 – £80,000 + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a global, people centred organisation that specialises in brand, content, commerce, and experience. They have a global presence and are looking for a strategic Senior HR BP to join their team on a full time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with senior leaders across core business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Ops
• Leading large-scale organisational change and transformation projects
• Driving and delivering the HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Influencing leadership behaviours and coaching senior stakeholders
• Working closely with Centres of Excellence on performance, talent, reward and inclusion
• Using data and insight to shape people decisions and drive commercial outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Strong HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage and deliver change programmes
• Confidence partnering at exec level with a commercial and strategic approach
• Experience in org design, talent planning, and performance development
• Excellent understanding of employment law and people risk
• A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for inclusion
