Senior HR Business Partner
London | Hybrid
£70,000 – £80,000 + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a global, people centred organisation that specialises in brand, content, commerce, and experience. They have a global presence and are looking for a strategic Senior HR BP to join their team on a full time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders across core business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Ops
- Leading large-scale organisational change and transformation projects
- Driving and delivering the HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Influencing leadership behaviours and coaching senior stakeholders
- Working closely with Centres of Excellence on performance, talent, reward and inclusion
- Using data and insight to shape people decisions and drive commercial outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Strong HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage and deliver change programmes
- Confidence partnering at exec level with a commercial and strategic approach
- Experience in org design, talent planning, and performance development
- Excellent understanding of employment law and people risk
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for inclusion
