Key responsibilities

• Support CRM Strategy – Work alongside the CRM Specialist to develop and implement a CRM roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring system effectiveness and user satisfaction.

• Drive CRM Implementation – Collaborate with IT teams to test, integrate, and monitor CRM tools. Maintain data health through regular audits and cleansing activities.

• Optimize Sales Processes – Standardize and support sales activity tracking across the business development network to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Provide CRM Support & Training – Deliver system training, troubleshoot user issues, and provide technical support using service management tools.

• Enable Business Intelligence – Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that support data-led decision-making across commercial functions.

What we are looking for

• Languages – Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

• Experience – Prior experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred), including user training, support, and reporting. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and data quality analysis is advantageous.

• Skills – Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to groups and working across diverse teams.

• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with CRM tools and IT service management platforms. Knowledge of the Deluge programming language is desirable.

• Analytical Thinking – A logical problem-solver with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
