Job Description
Our elite US client is seeking a 1-4 PQE Associate for their market leading Antitrust practice team to support their advice to clients on UK and EU competition law, global trade compliance, and regulatory strategy.
Working closely with an impressive senior partner experienced in both antitrust and cross-border regulatory matters, you’ll be part of a team supporting clients across industries including finance, sports, telecoms, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
Your work will span CMA Filings, complex international antitrust matters, merger control, commercial agreements, foreign investment screenings, and national security-related filings. You’ll also help clients navigate trade sanctions, export controls, and compliance frameworks.
This role offers a unique blend of advisory, transactional, and contentious work in a fast-evolving legal landscape. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is keen to develop both technical expertise and sector-specific knowledge while working on high-impact matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- A 1-4 PQE Lawyer, probably currently practicing in London at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international or peer US firm, with a strong academic background.
- Experience of CMA filings and complex international antitrust matters.
