Location: Peterborough
Salary: Up to £28,500
Hours: Monday – Friday

The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for valued customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and managing service appointments
- Providing clear and accurate advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus but not essential)
- Confidence in using computer systems and software
