Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Oakham
Hours: Full-time | 5 shifts out of 7 | Includes weekends & bank holidays

What You’ll Do
✅ Oversee planned preventative maintenance to keep everything in top condition
✅ React quickly to breakdowns and ensure swift resolutions – even in emergencies
✅ Maintain detailed records and ensure health & safety compliance
✅ Lead, train, and inspire a proactive and skilled maintenance team
✅ Work with contractors, manage budgets, and implement improvements to elevate our resort
The ideal Candidate
A hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical background
Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a hotel/resort environment
A natural leader with excellent organizational skills
Health & safety focused, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for guests and staff
A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Full, clean driving license required
