Housing Management Worker

BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Management Worker to work alongside a Social Justice Charity supporting vulnerable clients – offending, substance misuse, mental health etc.

Working: Hybrid – Mandatory office day on Wednesdays in Leicester- remaining days in community 

Duties;

• Referral, arrears and void Management
• Property Standards and Maintenance and Repairs
• Health and Safety and compliance management
• Caseload Support of high need tenants
• Line Management of Housing management workers

Essentials:

• This role does require you to be a driver with access to a vehicle
• You will need to hold an Enhanced DBS check dated within 12 months
• You will need to hold relevant Housing Support experience with vulnerable client groups

The role is temp ongoing to start ASAP!

This is a hybrid role

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Hours; 35 hours per week

Shift pattern; 9am- 5pm Mon-Fri

Pay rate- £14.55ph PAYE- £19.01ph UMB

You will need to hold a DBS – enhanced both Adults and children & Barred
