JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

LOCATION: North Yorkshire

PQE: 5+ years’ PQE

SALARY: circa £60,000 DOE

1. The appointed solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales and purchases, familiar with both freehold and leasehold matters, and some residential property work.
2. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base ranging from SMEs, developers, landlords and investors.
3. Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience handling both residential and commercial property files, with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.
4. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
