What You’ll Do
This role supports our global Workday project team who are improving and streamlining our firm-wide approach to time off. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and core project team members to ensure a successful launch of the Workday Time Off and Absence module later this year. As a collaborative and solution-focused HR partner, you’ll guide our local HR teams through a complex period of change ensuring the product aligns to global design decisions, but with local configuration and delivery. You’ll also support and advise local HR teams on changes to their time off working practices and processes locally, within and outside Workday.
You’ll work closely with our Change and Communications team to design and deliver engaging and effective communications to guide our complex user groups toward adoption of Time Off. Bringing expert Workday absence knowledge, you’ll support our testing, training, and cutover activities across multiple geographies. Outstanding technical knowledge of Workday is essential alongside strong problem solving, networking, influencing, and communication skills (verbal, written, and PowerPoint).

- Deep expertise in HR processes, policies, and design to develop streamlined solutions and efficiencies
- Display discretion when handling confidential/sensitive information
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field or equivalent experience; Graduate degree in HR, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a people or HR role, within a large, global, and complex organization (Professional Services experience a plus)
- Workday and HR Operations experience essential
- Relevant experience with change management or program management
