Experience/Qualifications for a Small Works Supervisor

• You’ll have experience supervising small works projects and a strong knowledge of building trades, with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise workflows in high-pressure situations.

• Strengthen local supply chain partner relationships.
• Manage all works fully compliant with minor works framework.
• Oversee service reviews carried out by operatives and contracts supervisors.
• Proactively monitor KPI and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure.
