Oliver Smith Recruitment are working with a leading international manufacturing business in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team.

The Finance Assistant will work as part of a high-calibre in-house treasury function looking after some of the group's international entities.
As such this represents a great opportunity for someone with some experience in bank reconciliations/processing payments and Credit Control.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and processing Petty Cash
- Credit Control
- Foreign Payments
- Manual Cheques
- Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank financing facility
- Reconciliation of Inter Company Financing Accounts
- Monthly bank Reconciliations / revaluations
- Processing of DD invoices
- Daily posting of cash entries to a strict timeline
- Month end reporting and analysis of bank charges
- Processing of Employee Expenses (Credit Cards)
- Perform part of the management accounts close
- Month end reporting
- Other adhoc tasks as required
