Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking local authority who are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. Below are further details regarding this position.

ROLE: Litigation SolicitorLOCATION: BedfordSALARY: £49,498 to £53,578

Please note that the role is hybrid – 2-3 days per month, with potential for court attendance as required.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of litigation matters.
2. Provide legal advice and representation in court.
3. Collaborate with other departments to support legal initiatives.
4. Prepare legal documents and reports.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience.
2. Strong understanding of litigation processes.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
