Job Description
The Business Crime /Regulatory Solicitor will be:
- Managing complex business crime cases, including large-scale fraud investigations
- Advising individuals and corporate clients facing investigations by the police, FCA, and other regulatory bodies
- Liaising with regulators, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure clients’ interests are protected
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as case files, reports, and evidence submissions
- Representing clients in interviews and hearings when necessary
The Successful Applicant
The Business Crime Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with 0-5+ years PQE in business crime or white-collar crime
- Experienced in managing large fraud cases and dealing with regulatory bodies such as the FCA
- Able to provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
