Job Description:

A talented Demand Generation Manager is needed by a fast scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who are living with neurodivergent or anxiety related conditions.

Salary Package: £40,000-50,000

Location: Fully Remote (9 days per fortnight working week!)

Reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, the Demand Generation Manager will initially focus on managing the paid search and CRO agencies whilst being hands-on optimising the CRM and upper funnel conversion.

The Demand Generation Manager will be heavily data-driven in their approach and work closely with the sales and product teams to align strategy and drive the best outcomes collaboratively.

The Demand Generation Manager will:

  • Help build out the strategy for converting leads into revenue and handling the transition from sales to commercial.
  • Use a data-driven and A/B testing approach to find the best ROI.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, work collaboratively with Sales and manage agencies to drive MQL and SQL’s.

The Demand Generation Manager must have:

  • B2B demand gen experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
  • A data-driven and iterative approach, able to distinguish between value and vanity metrics.
  • Be a team-player, an effective internal and external collaborator and stakeholder manager.
