Join the dynamic Vida Kids wholesale team as a Junior Wholesale Executive and play an integral role in growing our presence in the children’s fashion sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Brands, you will be at the forefront of driving business, fostering key relationships with brand partners, and contributing to the growth of our exciting portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth: Provide essential support for the growth and management of independent and key accounts, driving business within the UK and European markets.
  • New Business Development: Help to identify and secure new business opportunities by opening new accounts across the UK.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Support: Work alongside the sales team to contribute to the overall sales strategy and meet departmental goals.
  • Seasonal Presentations & Sell-In: Lead the presentation/merchandising and management of two seasonal collections per year, as well as additional capsule collections, ensuring an exceptional brand experience at our London showroom.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers are consistently serviced within the relevant sales windows, whether in person, on the road, or virtually.
  • Travel: Engage in UK and European travel as required to support business development and account management.
  • Showroom & Sample Management: Oversee the management and presentation of showroom samples to clients with the support of Admin Assistants.
  • Sales Lead Management: Proactively manage leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Order Management: Oversee day-to-day order entries, ensuring accurate and timely processing, including order cancellations, amendments, and confirmations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyse regular sell-through reports and maintain stock levels, ensuring the best possible management to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Budget & Forecast Understanding: Understand account budgets and forecasts, monitoring sales and performance metrics.
  • KPI Tracking & Feedback: Monitor partner KPIs, analyse sales reports, and relay feedback to optimise performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with distribution and lifestyle team to ensure smooth delivery schedules and on-time product shipments.
  • Accounts Management: Collaborate with brand partners to manage payment terms and track outstanding balances.
  • Training & Development: Conduct brand training sessions, ensuring they are well-informed on the latest products and collections.
  • Marketing & Social Engagement: Work closely with social media and marketing manager to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • General Administration: Support on administrative tasks across the company including but not limited to brands.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in fashion wholesale or related fields; a degree within the field is desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organisational Excellence: Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and flexibility to travel seasonally across the UK and Europe.
  • Tech-Proficient: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with B2B wholesale systems is a plus (Excel, Dropbox).
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, with a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a harmonious and high-performing team.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English.
