Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the client business, providing exceptional customer service at a senior level.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders.
- Find new and relevant ways to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities.
- Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts.
- Responsible for setting and meeting account commercials, KPIs, and the development of drive plans to ensure budgets/forecasts are delivered.
- Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, and deliver against KPIs.
- Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company.
