Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Location: London, Canary Riverside

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Carry out PPM and Reactive activities to a large static site in London.
2. Have a good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical related maintenance.
3. Perform pressure testing, heating hot and cold water, HIU systems, pipework, pumps, flow control, and general building services duties.
4. Manage large plant rooms and HVAC systems.
5. Conduct emergency repairs, fault finding, and maintenance.

Requirements for the Role:

1. Facilities maintenance: 2 years (required)
2. Mechanical HVAC: 2 years (required)
3. A full UK driving licence is essential.
4. Clear DBS check.
5. Must be within a commutable distance to Central London.
