Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Hybrid Working

A fantastic opportunity for a Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a regional firm’s well-established Private Client department. This is a very busy but well-organised and friendly department.

Requirements:

1. You must be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a specialism in Private Client matters.
2. Your experience will ideally be the equivalent of 3+ years PQE.
3. You must be able to competently manage a full caseload of Private Client cases with a bias towards Probate matters.
4. Your caseload would include but not be limited to: Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate.
5. The ability to communicate professionally and be a good ambassador of the firm.
