The Role

• Strategic Oversight: Ensure effective planning outcomes by integrating all commercial metrics into project assessments, ensuring viability, and maintaining an intuitive understanding of key value drivers.
• Project Leadership: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing one to two major projects with oversight from the Project Director.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep the internal management team informed on all critical decisions, providing regular project progress updates up to the CEO.
• Project Accountability: Take full responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring a deep understanding of all aspects and being prepared to address any inquiries at any time.
• Leasing & Marketing Support: While not directly managing the leasing or disposal process, actively participate in marketing initiatives, presenting schemes to potential tenants or occupiers.
• Comprehensive Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across all project delivery stages, including concept development, design, planning, execution, leasing, financing, and asset management. Responsibilities will expand based on performance.
• Sustainability Leadership: Champion sustainability by challenging industry standards and identifying opportunities to establish the business as a leader in sustainable development. Drive the creation of exceptional, eco-conscious buildings.
