Location: Askham Bryan College, York
Salary: £27,270 – £29,676 per annum, pro rata

In this exciting role, you’ll lead the delivery of our bespoke Level 5 Learning & Skills Teacher Apprenticeship programme. You’ll work closely with key departments to ensure the success and growth of this unique initiative.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Askham Bryan Educator Programme
- Support colleagues’ development through mentoring & lesson observations
- Ensure programme quality & compliance
- Drive improvements in teaching practice
- Promote a supportive, collaborative environment for all
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-level qualification & PGCE teaching qualification
- Proven leadership and teaching experience
- Strong mentoring, coaching & people skills
- Knowledge of teaching, learning & assessment strategies
