A leading law firm in the South-East is seeking an Associate Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its successful Dispute Resolution team. The team handles a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual issues, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, and contentious insolvency matters.

The Role:

• Managing and progressing a caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Working closely with experienced partners and legal professionals.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

The Candidate:

• Strong experience in commercial dispute resolution.
• Good understanding of contractual and tortious principles, Civil Procedure Rules, and commercial litigation strategies.
