Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document tests following predefined procedures.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment.
• Run automated test scripts and refine processes.
• Identify and resolve testing issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with testing protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams and provide training as needed.
• Suggest improvements to testing procedures and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• Soldering certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
