BIM Coordinator / Large Architecture firm

I am working with a highly respected, award-winning architecture firm that is looking to add a talented BIM Coordinator to their growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive BIM team in a large, design-led practice, collaborating on exceptional projects in a luxury studio environment.

The Role:

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting architects and project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project teams in implementing BIM processes across various projects.
• Maintain and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in line with industry best practices.
• Assist architects with Revit model setup, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into BIM workflows.
• Provide training and mentorship to architectural teams on best BIM practices.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in BIM execution planning and contribute to project delivery efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM-related software.
• 3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role within an architectural or design practice.
• Knowledge of AI integration in BIM or a strong interest in exploring AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Clash Detection, Model Auditing, Dynamo, and Navisworks is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, supporting project teams effectively.
• Understanding of UK BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650, COBie, etc.).
