Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services / Manager to lead our clinical team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health and eating disorder services.
Key Responsibilities:– Provide leadership and management to the clinical team– Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs and services– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care– Oversee the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with eating disorders and other mental health conditions– Manage budgets and resources effectively– Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications:– Advanced degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Nursing, or related field– Proven experience in a clinical management role, particularly in mental health and eating disorders– Strong leadership and organizational skills– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities– Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards
