Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate removal vans across London and surrounding areas
• Load, transport, and unload household and commercial items with care
• Follow route plans and ensure timely deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on every job
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient moves
• Complete vehicle checks and maintenance reports

Key Skills & Requirements

• Valid UK driving license (Category B – more than 2 years) – required
• Physically fit – ability to lift and move furniture safely
• Good communication skills – professional and courteous with customers
• Attention to detail – ensuring items are handled with care
• Problem-solving ability – dealing with access challenges and logistics
• Punctual and reliable – strong time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Experience in removals is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided!
