We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate various property maintenance and refurbishment projects for private landlords and large portfolio landlords (5,000+ properties). The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining communication with clients and contractors.
Our company headquarters is based in Swadincote , Derbyshire (DE11 area) .
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a range of property-related projects, including:
- Damp and mould treatment
- Compliance with council enforcement orders
- Property refurbishments and turnovers
- General maintenance tasks across multiple clients
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, and local authorities
- Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing documentation and reporting on project status
- Problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, ideally within property maintenance or housing * Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients’ needs
