Job Description:

We are working with a growing financial services company to recruit for a client administrator on a full time permanent basis. This role will initially be based on site in Kent, near Maidstone. After training this will reduce to 3 days on site and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Administrator: – 80% Administration, 20% Calls – Administrative tasks include but are not limited to: New Customer Onboarding, Address changes, Point of Contact changes, filling out payment requests, making payments from existing clients – Responsible for advising clients of products and services – Follow up calls, answering client queries – Responding to emails

Key Skills for the Client Administrator: – Must have administration experience, ideally within financial services or insurance – Proficient in the full Microsoft office suite including outlook and excel – Strong customer services skills – Excellent attention to detail
