We are looking for an Infrastructure Application Support Engineer to join our IT operations team here at Saga, on an 8-month fixed-term contract, supporting and maintaining critical IT infrastructure applications.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and maintaining critical IT infrastructure applications, primarily focusing on SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.

** Hybrid – Home / Hub working, your allocated Hub will be in either London or Folkestone, depending on your location. You have the flexibility to be predominantly home based but may be required to visit either hub occasionally during the contract to meet the team.
Role Responsibility
- Microsoft 365 and Entra Management: Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the organization\’s infrastructure.
- SharePoint and OneDrive Support: Provide administration and support for SharePoint and OneDrive platforms, ensuring efficient collaboration and data management.
- PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and improved system administration efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
Required:
- Proven experience in Microsoft SharePoint administration, including
- Best practice site structure design and/or implementation of Hubsites, Communication, and Teams sites.
- Experience with User access management of sites.
- Experience with data assessment and large-scale migrations into SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Teams.
- Hands-on experience with Conditional Access policies, MFA implementation, and PowerShell scripting.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable:
- SharePoint – Understanding of metadata architecture and creation of a \”metadata dictionary\”
- Experience with SharePoint Data governance and Data protection.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot for device deployment and management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory management and Entra ID synchronization processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing models and billing processes.
- Understanding of network protocols, cloud security principles, and automation tools.
- Cloud Security & Networking: Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC).
- CyberArk PAM Administration: Support and administer Privileged Access Management solution.
- GoAnywhere MFT – Administration and management.
