Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Understand building control systems and BMS.
- Possess a full current driving licence, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Be highly self-motivated and able to work without supervision while also enjoying teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1 & 2, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering.
- FGAS and ODS desirable and HWSS – Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable.
