MEP Manager
Location: London
Salary: £85/95k + Package
Start Date: ASAP
TRIbuild are currently recruiting a Mechanically biased MEP Manager for a leading developer for an 8 year scheme in Central London. There is currently circa £1m worth of M&E to close out the current phase. Then pre-construction will start on the next 2 phases.
The Candidate
- Relevant industry qualification – Mechanical
- SMSTS
- Commissioning Experience
- Strong pre-construction experience
- Taking projects from Stage 3 Design
- Experience delivering MEP projects £15m + with either main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor
- Procuring Sub-contractors
- Chairing design meetings
