A high profile, leading brand from within the Agency market is looking for a Paid Social – Account Director to work with one of their largest clients, a leading consumer brand.
Joining the wider account and paid team you will be involved in leading and executing the annual client strategy, working closely with a number of stakeholders, offering advice and strategic direction as well as managing a significant spend within this channel.
The Role :
- Take a lead in developing an annual strategic plan for your client, with best allocation of budget.
- Measure and plan using data and insight.
- Deliver on client KPi’s and metrics and make sure all work is done on time and within budget.
- Develop briefs and challenge in a productive way, making sure “paid social” is an integral part of the overall client strategy.
- Lead and manage a small team, mentoring with clear goals and training.
The Candidate :
- A paid social expert with extensive experience ideally Agency side.
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media, with a creative flair and strategic approach
- Experience of delivering results based on set KPi’s and budgets.
- Knowledge of social API platforms.
- Great team player with experience managing a team.
