Job Description

As a Patent Knowledge Lawyer, you will support the team on a 6-month basis. The role will involve:

• Creating a set of life sciences licensing and collaboration precedent documents.
• Distilling the team’s knowledge into annotations to reflect market practice.
• Forming key documents including agreements for collaborative R&D, master services agreements, laboratory, clinical, and other services.
• Providing training on new law affecting the document suite and on the documents themselves.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have extensive Patent Legal experience and will be a senior Lawyer qualified in England & Wales.
