Fast paced and physical work for contractors, with production increase during and up to the winter months
Working on legs, loins and shoulders of the animal
Intermediate English will be required for this position, a SKILLS TEST on the site before offer of work is made
Overtime after 40 hours at 1.5 of basic salary, a test of skills would be required for this position
£18.40ph employed
£22.20ph Self-employed with valid UTR number
Weekly production bonus from £60 to £120 per week, dependent on attendance and performance
£1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 weeks of complete and full service with no LATENESS, ABSENCE OR HOLIDAYS for Grade 1 butchers only
