Are you an experienced Brake Press Operative looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring a Senior Brake Press Operative to join our team in Leighton Buzzard on a 6-month temp-to-perm basis.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: 28.80 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays at 1.5x pay
Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4TB
Your Responsibilities:
Setting up and operating Brake Press Machines
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ensuring all products meet high-quality standards
Adhering to health & safety regulations
Supporting production planning and assisting with team coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Brake Press Operative (senior level preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in sheet metal or fabrication is a plus
