Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: Up to 33,000p.a.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
Contract Type: Full time / Permanent

Our client based in Saffron Walden is looking for a full time Technical Support Specialistto join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Technical Support Specialistyour duties will include:
- Providingtechnical support across all company products
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Checking Purchase Orders
- Diagnosing faults and providing solutions
- Assisting with pre-sales & post- sales
- Application / product testing.
An ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialistwill have:
- Degree in Chemistry
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- IT literacy
- Hands on laboratory experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
