Rapier Employmentare on the lookout for Class 1 Wagon & Drag Drivers (tramping) to join our well-known client based in Abingdon. This is potential for temp to perm for the right candidates.
Role:Class 1 Wagon & DragSalary:17.00 – 25.50 per hourDays:Monday – Friday with occasionalweekends if requiredLocation:Abingdon, OxfordshireNight out:29.34per nightExpected hours:45 hours per week
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Deliver, install and recover products from customer sites.
- Ability to follow exact directions.
- Able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic records.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane) or willing to be trained.
- Able to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hand tools.
- Must be able to adhere to Health & Safety procedures and rules.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, night, occasional weekends)
- Reliable and trustworthy, good timekeeper, able to use their own initiative and highly motivated.
Requirements:
- Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- 12 Months of Class 1 experience
