Location: Camden – NW1 8AH – On site with occasional shoots

Working Hours: 8:45am – 5:30pm Flexi-time schemes based around core working hours.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Influencer Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of community, and is excited to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. With a strong focus on video content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, you will be responsible for bringing our brand story to life while fostering relationships with our followers, influencers, and UGC creators.

You will report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with our Creative Lead, Head of Communications, and Sustainability Coordinator to ensure our content aligns with our brand identity and values. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Communications on influencer sourcing, partnerships, and activation to amplify our brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Strategy
    1. Develop and execute a social-first content strategy with a strong focus on video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
    2. Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
    3. Work collaboratively with the creative team to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity.
    4. Stay on top of trends, social media updates, and emerging content formats to keep our brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  2. Influencer Marketing & Community Engagement
    1. Work alongside the Head of Communications to source, onboard, and activate influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners.
    2. Build and nurture relationships with micro and macro influencers, ensuring partnerships align with our brand values.
    3. Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach to execution and performance tracking.
    4. Be the brand’s social champion, actively engaging with our community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
    5. Encourage and amplify UGC.
  3. Performance Analysis & Strategy Optimisation
    1. Track, measure, and analyse social media performance, providing weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
    2. Identify key learnings and propose strategy optimisations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
    3. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, preferably within fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle, or retail.
  2. A strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
  3. Proven experience in video content creation—filming, editing, and publishing engaging short-form videos.
  4. Proficiency in CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, and in-platform editing tools.
  5. A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail.
  6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  7. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and using insights to optimise strategy.
  8. Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and building online communities.
  9. A self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

  1. Experience working on influencer activations and partnerships.
  2. Knowledge of paid social strategies to amplify organic content.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
