Transformation Director

Initial 6 month contract, rate c. £1000-£1400pd inside IR35, hybrid (2-3 days per week in London), Active SC Clearance is required to be considered for the role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead and oversee a large-scale digital transformation programme within Central Government.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and improved public services.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation strategies.
• Manage complex change processes while ensuring alignment with government priorities and policies.
• Lead digital transformation and help improve public service delivery.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in leading digital transformation programmes within public sector.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior Civil Servants, Government Officials and decision-makers.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines for transformation programmes.
• Active SC Clearance is required due to the quick turnaround needed.
