We are looking for a Children’s Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a Residential home in Lewisham.

As a Children’s Support Worker, You Will:

• Assist young adults in a Children’s Residential Home
• Provide care and build strong, trusting relationships
• Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect 
• Occasionally Work in Waking Nights, conducting regular checks as per risk assessments or requirement.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a residential setting
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding children
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
• Right to work in the UK & able to provide two professional references
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
• Drivers preferred but not mandatory
• Enhanced DBS on the update service .

Work Hours:

• Full time 3 x12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon – Sun
• Part-time: 2 x 12.5-hour shifts over 7 days Mon – Sun
