Location: London & Surrounding AreasSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Negotiable) + Company Vehicle + BenefitsHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Job Overview

Our client, a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role involves managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage HVAC projects from start to finish.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor project progress and report on performance.
5. Manage project budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager.
2. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
