Job Description

1. Ensure accuracy of Financial Statements.
2. Internal Collaboration with different finance teams.
3. Get involved with elements of Treasury Accounting: Daily cash analysis, cash reviews, partner with Global Treasury Stakeholders.
4. Quarterly reporting pack responsibilities.
5. Review of submission & validation of data into Cognos.
6. Responsible for the P&L and reconciling BS – maintain detailed & timely reconciliations for each balance sheet.
7. Make sure processes are documented accordingly for SOX and ensure appropriate financial controls are in place.
8. Review of UK companies’ financial statements.
9. Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS101.
10. IFRS knowledge – ideally IFRS9 / 13.

The Successful Applicant

1. Immediately available.
2. Audit & Financial Accounting / Reporting background with Treasury / Corporate accounting exposure.
3. SOX experience & US GAAP understanding.
4. Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA.
5. Cognos experience is ideal.
