Job Description
As Logistics Administrator, you will:
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
- Document and manage all logistic procedures within the company.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding logistics.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Administrator should have:
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- Strong team working and motivational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry software such as Sage 200.
- Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
