Job Description

As Logistics Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
  • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
  • Maintain quality throughout the logistic processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
  • Document and manage all logistic procedures within the company.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding logistics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient business operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Administrator should have:

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Strong team working and motivational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry software such as Sage 200.
  • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail.
