The role:

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor within this team, you will be:

• Handling complex shareholder, director, and partnership disputes
• Managing injunctive relief work & contractual claims
• Overseeing a caseload of 40-50 active files
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior fee earners

About You:

• 10+ years PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
• Strong expertise in high-value disputes & injunctive relief
• Proven leadership & supervision of junior legal staff
• Broad knowledge of litigation with a proactive, results-driven mindset
