Job Description

Purpose of the Role:The Modern Languages Academic Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that the department provides high-quality teaching and support. This position involves working closely with the Head of Modern Languages to foster academic leadership, innovation, and excellence in the delivery of educational services.

Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous development of the Modern Languages provision, implementing all academic requirements set by regulatory bodies, and providing essential educational and administrative support to staff. Collaboration with the wider Academic Management Team to share best practices and enhance the overall reputation of International House is also key. The role includes managing course delivery, timetabling, and providing support and guidance to both staff and learners.
