ServiceNow Senior Project Manager – End User Computing

Albany Beck are hiring for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to join our consultancy team and work with a leading global investment bank. This role will focus on End User Computing (EUC) transformation, leveraging ServiceNow to enhance automation, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration with VDI, DaaS, MDM, and other EUC components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions for EUC, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior executives, IT teams, and vendors to drive successful project outcomes.
• Process Optimisation: Leverage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules to automate EUC workflows and enhance user experience.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions align with investment banking security standards, including Zero Trust architecture and regulatory compliance.
• Vendor & Platform Management: Work with ServiceNow developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors (e.g., Citrix, Microsoft, VMware) to integrate EUC solutions.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow project management within financial services, ideally in investment banking.
• Strong understanding of End User Computing (EUC), including VDI, DaaS, MDM, and collaboration tools (Citrix, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions.
• Knowledge of financial sector security policies, including MFA, SIEM, and Zero Trust.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to senior executives.
• Agile and Waterfall project management experience, with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
